children, a geriatric alley cat, and more terriers than she will admit to in a public forum. The dream of owning her own horse still

eludes her, but many of her closest friends are, indeed, horses. Trained to hold gainful white-collar employment, she abandoned her

 career to do what she really enjoys in life: raising children, training dogs, and painting, among other things.  Obsessed with animals

(especially dogs and horses) since childhood, they are frequent subjects of her creative endeavors.   Portraits of companion animals

 may be commissioned from life and/or photographs.  Examples of pastel and watercolor portraits (as well as other works) may be

 viewed on this  site as well as some of the many animals that are frequent subjects of her work.
